+5 There was talk of magic, mayhem and mysteries in the woods. I wasn't sure of that. I'd seen one of those supposedly "beautiful creatures" and let me be the first to tell you: beautiful is not the first word that comes to mind when you see them.

Beautiful creatures are not what they seem. They may be kind, they may be mean. Are they from our world, the next or one in-between.

ReplyDeleteThey peered at us from their hiding spot in the dense trees, their eyes glowing in the moonlit night. A twig snapped somewhere behind us causing me to whirl around and find myself face to face with another set of eyes. It only took one of these beautiful creatures to send me crashing back to the cold earth in total darkness.

+5 I was walking in the moon light. There was a noise and I turned around to see mysterious figures in the shadows. Once the entered the pool of moonlight, I realized they were the most beautiful creatures ever.

ReplyDelete+5 The Beautiful Creatures cavort and sin. Like under a spell the merriment draws us in. Entranced and in awe we follow them to our doom in their gruesome den.

The room was glowing; it's walls seemed to be pulsating from some light coming from within. I looked around in awe, unable to find words to describe all of the different, new, unique colors splashed throughout the glow. The beautiful creatures, creatures I did not recognize, filled the room walked around in a noble silence.

ReplyDeleteThank you to everyone who's posted a comment so far!! They're great. Believe me, I wouldn't have been able to come up with something.
+5 I looked at them and all I could think was where did these beautiful creatures come from? Their bodies were majestic and their movements were graceful. I wanted to help them. To save them, but I knew they were doomed.
