BITTERBLUE's Book Trailer Premiere!

I am beyond thrilled to help Penguin Teen reveal their premiere for BITTERBLUE's book trailer! Without further ado, Bitterblue's Book Trailer!

I love what they did with the trailer! It's got me that much more excited to go pick up Bitterblue when it's out. If you're a fan of this series, you've probably been waiting as long as I have for Bitterblue's release. Well our wait is almost over and May 1st we'll be able to rush to our local book stores and pick up our copies! Here's a bit about the book and a few links of places you can pre-order your copy from.

Published by: Dial / Penguin Teen
To Be Released on: May 1st, 2012

The long-awaited companion to New York Times bestsellers Graceling and Fire

Eight years after Graceling, Bitterblue is now queen of Monsea. But the influence of her father, a violent psychopath with mind-altering abilities, lives on. Her advisors, who have run things since Leck died, believe in a forward-thinking plan: Pardon all who committed terrible acts under Leck's reign, and forget anything bad ever happened. But when Bitterblue begins sneaking outside the castle--disguised and alone--to walk the streets of her own city, she starts realizing that the kingdom has been under the thirty-five-year spell of a madman, and the only way to move forward is to revisit the past.

Two thieves, who only steal what has already been stolen, change her life forever. They hold a key to the truth of Leck's reign. And one of them, with an extreme skill called a Grace that he hasn't yet identified, holds a key to her heart.

Thoughtful Thursday: Today's Little Pick Me Up

I'm in need of a little pick me up today and while browsing youtube today (instead of cleaning my house), I found this fabulous video from the Piano Guys. It's their version of Somewhere Over The Rainbow. Not only does it contain some amazing musical talent, but check out the BEAUTIFUL Hawaiian back drop where they filmed this video at.

Here's here to a fabulous, sunny day! Or if you're lucky, here's to a crystal blue ocean, warm sand on your toes and a delicious cold drink. :)
