    Well, I had an idea who he was back when I finished the Golden Lily... when it came out. Now I can't remember who I thought he was. BAH! I really need this book in my hands!

    I think he knows all the hidden secrets and evils of the Alchemists and will get Sydney to leave them. He will probably come between Adrian and Sydney too :-(

    Marcus Finch is going to be the "solution" that will allow Sydney to leave the Alchemists behind and be with Adrian.

    I'm guessing Marcus realized the wrong ways of the Alchemist so he left but then he grew radical.

    I have no idea who Marcus is but I DESPERATELY want him to show Sydney a way out of the Alchemists!!! But no kissing. I DO NOT want him and Sydney to get together. I have other plans for her ;)

    I think Marcus will try to convince Sydney to leave the Alchemists. But would probably not want to be involved with how she goes about it. The suspense is killing me, I need this book now! J:

    I do not know who is but I agree with Bookworm and Giaochau,Marcus could push Sydney to leave the Alchemist and Sydney may find that he is safer to date than a vampire.I really want to know how he got away from the Alchemist,what does his tattoo mean, and what is he up to.

    I'm not sure who he is yet. While I've read Bloodlines, I've yet to read the Golden Lily, so I' a little out of the loop and trying not to get too many spoilers. It does seem obvious that he had issues with the Alchemists.

    I think he may be related to Sydney in a way. They might share the same weird blood and I bet he's going to be deceptive, but always there at the right times.

    I think Finch is an X-Alchemist who is very eager to get Sydney to work for him and maybe try to make her fall for him so he can manipulate her into doing what he wants, but Adrian will always be looking out for her and will have some really hot make-out sessions ...

    So far I've been assuming Marcus Finch is a former Alchemist who broke away from the group. But that just seems so simple and I know Richelle Mead has more up her sleeve than that. She always does! ;) So excited for The Indigo Spell!!
