Mortal Movie's Movie Character Poster Reveal: MAGNUS

Thank you MTV News for revealing this fabulous character movie poster of MAGNUS!

*sighs* I LOVE today's #mortalreveal!

With their reveal of Magnus, MTV News had this to share with fans:

Take a long, lusty look at this new character poster featuring Magnus, which boasts the tagline: "An instrument of chaos."
The August 23 release marks actor Godfrey Gao's American film debut, and he admitted to a few nerves during production when we visited him last year on the set.
"There's actually a really big pressure because I know there are a lot of fans out there, and everyone loves Magnus Bane, and I love Magnus Bane," he said. "So I just wanted to play a sort of cool-looking Magnus Bane, but I also wanted to bring out the flamboyant side. The party side of Magnus Bane, so hopefully everybody can enjoy what I bring to you on screen."
If internet chatter means anything, Godfrey, you have nothing to worry about.

Agreed! Godfrey you have nothing to worry about! What do you guys think of Magnus's reveal?

Here's a look at the four other character movie posters that have already been revealed (Jace, Clary, Simon & Valentine):

The Bane Chronicles: The Runaway Queen Sneak Peak

Shadowhunters who have already downloaded the FREE Shadowhunter app were able to see a sneak peak of the 2nd installment of The Bane Chronicles: The Runaway Queen earlier this week.

Here's the snippet:

PARIS
June, 1971
There was a smell to Paris in the simmer mornings that Magnus enjoyed. This was surprising, because on summer mornings Paris smelled of cheese that sat int he sun all day and fish and the less desirable parts of fish. It smelled of people and all the things that people produce (this does not refer to art or culture, but to the baser things that were dumped out of windows in buckets). But these were punctuated by other odors, and the odors would shift rapidly from street to street, or building to building. That heady whiff of a bakery might be followed by an unexpected flush of gardenias in a garden, which gave way to the iron-rich pong of a slaughterhouse. Paris was nothing if not alive–the Seine pumping along like a great artery, the vessels of the wider street, narrowing down the tiniest alleys…and every inch of it had a smell.
You can purchased it here when it's out on the 21st of this month.
