I love the cover of Hemlock, but I think I might love Thornhill's cover just a little bit more. I'm such a sucker for trees and having some sort of out door element when it comes to wolf books. I LOVE, love, love this cover. I'm normally not a cover of seeing faces on covers, but this cover is fabulous! What do you guys think?

Mac can’t lose another friend. Even if he doesn't want to be found.
The ripple effect caused by Mac’s best friend Amy’s murder has driven Mac’s new love, Kyle, to leave Hemlock and disappear from her life forever. But Mac knows that Kyle plans to enroll in a rehabilitation camp, where he can live with other werewolves. She refuses to accept his decision, especially since the camps are rumored to be tortuous. So she sets out in search of Kyle with a barely sober Jason—and Amy’s all-seeing ghost—in tow.
Clues lead Mac to find Kyle in a werewolf den in Colorado—but their reunion is cut short by a Tracker raid. Now Mac and Kyle are trapped inside the electric fences of Thornhill, a camp for young werewolves. As she devises an escape plan, Mac uncovers dangerous secrets buried within the walls of Thornhill—and realizes that the risk to the people she loves is greater than ever before.

I think I actually like the first cover better. It's a little darker, which I like.

ReplyDeleteLove the thorns and vines!!
ReplyDeleteI love the cover!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE IT! The purple and the close up on the girl is awesome!
ReplyDeleteI am loving the colors!
ReplyDeleteI really like everything except for the girl she is popping out a little too much. Like someone cut her out and stuck her on there. The colors and everything else are great
ReplyDeleteI wasn't sure how I'd like this cover, but it looks great! :)
ReplyDeleteThe cover is so beautiful! I love the font used for the title, especially how it reflects the title itself!
ReplyDeleteI love all the thorns on the cover!
ReplyDeleteI like the thorny vines! Very pretty!
ReplyDeleteLoved Hemlock! Can't wait for Thornhill!
ReplyDeleteI actually like the first cover better. I do like the pretty thorny vines and background. Its just the girl. She sorta looks out of place...
ReplyDeletethis cover is so different from the first one. But love the vines
ReplyDeleteThe thorns look so cool! I wish the girl was slightly farther back, but i still really like it.
ReplyDeleteI like the vines but the cover looks very photoshopped. I would expect that for a first book, not the second in the series.
ReplyDeleteI love the cover!! The thorns are awesome!! Thanks for the giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteLove the book cover, and Thanksfo rhte great giveaway......
ReplyDeleteI agree, that is a gorgeous cover. The splash of color mixed with the thorns is intriguing.
ReplyDeleteI love the cover! IT is so pretty with the gloomy colors and pop of purple.

I LOVE the cover!! It's perfect for the series. I like the dark outdoor vibe mixed with the gorgeous purple vines/thorns. Hemlock was one of my favorite books of 2012, so I've been dying to read Thornhill!! Is it September yet?!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous cover! I love the vine/thorns and colors! It's perfect for it! Can't wait :)
ReplyDeleteThe thorns and vines on the cover are so nice. The covers really good, but I love the thorny vines the most. =)
ReplyDeleteLove the cover. Very atmospheric.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE it!!! <3 Gah, I can't wait for this book.
ReplyDeleteThe cover is gorgeous! I've been looking forward to it for so long, can't wait to read it!!
ReplyDeleteCool cover!!!
ReplyDeleteI think its cool but could be better. I think the girl should have been wrapped in vines and thorns.
ReplyDeleteLove it!!! I'm usually no a huge fan of pink, or a person's face and body poased on a cover (there's something off about her facial expression...), but I love the shades of pink used, and I, as for the face, oh well! I cannot wait to read this book! :D
ReplyDeleteThank you HarperTeen, Kathleen, and Katie, for the giveaway!
Speechless. I love it.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway.
It's great!! Loved the thorny vines. But I may like Hemlock's cover a bit more..THANK YOU FOR THE REVEAL!! Cant wait to read it :D
ReplyDeleteGreat cover! I agree with you about the trees. :)
ReplyDeleteI really like the vines and thorns, just not sure about the body angle of the girl on the cover.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! love the vines and the tile for some strange reason, i really like dark atmosphere this cover creates. dying to read it!
ReplyDeleteI prefer the first cover better but this one looks nice too
ReplyDeleteI like it! I love the colors used on this one : )
ReplyDeletethanks for the great post and giveaway! I'm not fond of this cover but the blurb sounds awesome.
ReplyDeleteActually, I dislike covers that focus on faces. I'd rather not have a cover model as a built-in image for any of the characters in the book. I'd rather use my imagination.
ReplyDeleteI don't like the person posing but overall BEAUTIFUL COVER
ReplyDeleteI think the girl is gorgeous and perfect for Mac! The font for THORNHILL and the vines around it is absolutely stunning. I love this cover--and before I was thinking nothing could be better than the HEMLOCK cover! Wow, I am blown away!
ReplyDeleteThe cover is gorgeous! Pick me, lol. I'd love to win!!! Thanks for the givaway!
ReplyDeleteThe cover is fabulous!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the chance to win!

I love the purple flowers and thorny vines. It makes it look pretty. :)
ReplyDeleteWOW! I love the pinkish-purple thorns and flowers. I also like how the hair is pulled back, you don't see that on book covers that often.
ReplyDeleteIt's a very different cover then the first book but not too different, I like that =D I mostly can't wait to find out whats on the inside though!
ReplyDeleteMmmm. Fabulous giveaway to go with such terrific covers. Thanks!
ReplyDeleteI like the cover! It's very unique. =)
ReplyDeleteThe cover is kind of hauntingly beautiful.
ReplyDeleteI really love this cover!
ReplyDeleteI really like the cover. It is reminiscent of the first cover, but different. The change from innocent girl in dress on the cover of Hemlock to this one reflects the loss of innocence in the main character.
ReplyDeleteLove it! Its super pretty :)
ReplyDeleteCindy B
lovely!
ReplyDeleteI like the thorns how they stick out. as if they are coming for her.
ReplyDeleteSo excited to see this on the blog!! (I'm behind in my reading ;)) I am actually reading HEMLOCK at this very moment and I'm LOVING it!!! I do really like the cover for THORNHILL, but I must say I agree with others who've said they prefer Hemlock's cover better. I like it because it's definitely darker, we don't see the model's face, and her pose tells me she's sad - all of which certainly fits with the book. I do agree with you on liking the trees on T's cover, and I don't *hate* that there's a model, though she's not really what I think of when I envision Mac. One of the things that always drew me to H's cover was the vines winding through the letters of the title, so I'm glad to see that they kept that element for the new book, and I like that the thorns are so pronounced (which, again, makes sense!). BUT, I am just not sure how I feel about the pink/purple color of the vines. Although it does make them stand out, I kind of wish they'd used silver or dark-ish green or something. That said, am I going to skip reading the book because of that? Heck no!! I certainly would not turn away a signed copy!! ;) Thanks for featuring this and for the awesome giveaway...fingers crossed!!
ReplyDeleteI think the thorns are matchy-matchy with the title :D GREAT!!
ReplyDeleteI think it's pretty
ReplyDeleteI like the thorns and the background scene - the girl seems superimposed on it so they don't seem that cohesive.
ReplyDeleteThanks,
Leanne
