Shadowhunter Card Set #7 Brother Zachariah

I swear I have an obsession with Cassie's posting of the Shadowhunter Tarot Cards, because even though we've all seen these before, I get all excited over seeing them all over again. You can check out the previous 6 Cassie has already featured here.

Oh, this is fun! So Cassandra Jean has finished the complete Shadowhunter Tarot, so for the next … seventy-something days I’ll be posting a card a day in order, from the first card to the last. Some will be under spoiler cuts; some you’ll have seen before — I’ll explain why each character has the card they have. 

This is Brother Zachariah as The Hierophant. The Hierophant is sometimes called the priest, the Shaman, or the Pope. “While the Magician was taking raw power from the Universe and manifesting it on the material plane, the Hierophant channels that power through society (as in the religions of the world).” The Silent Brothers are the studious monks of the Shadowhunter world, so it fit.
