About OVeRRiDE:
Zoe and Adrien hide themselves from detection at the Foundation, an academy that trains teen glitchers to fight in the Resistance movement. Together, Zoe and her new team of superhuman fighters must risk their lives to rescue other glitchers and humans from the Chancellor's control. Challenges abound at every turn, and Adrien, who has become silent, distant, and tormented by his visions of the future, only adds to the growing certainty of defeat. But worst of all, as Zoe's team fights against impossible odds, distrust and betrayal leads to the terrible discovery that their greatest threat could already be lurking behind the safe walls of the Foundation -quoted from Goodreads
About GLITCH:
Zoe lives in a world free of pain and war. Like all members of the Community, a small implanted chip protects her from the destructive emotions that destroyed the Old World. Until her hardware starts to glitch.
Zoe begins to develop her own thoughts and feelings, but nothing could be more dangerous in a place where malfunctions can get you killed. And she has another secret she must conceal at all costs: her glitches have given her uncontrollable telekinetic powers.
As she struggles to keep her burgeoning powers hidden, she finds other glitchers with abilities like hers, and together they plot to escape. But the more she learns about beauty, joy, and love, the more Zoe has to lose if they fail. With danger lurking around every corner, she’ll have to decide just how much she’s willing to risk to be free.
OVERRIDE continues Zoe’s story.

The cover looks great!
ReplyDeleteThe cover doesn't stand out as much as Glitch's does. However, I still like it.

Glitch's cover is a beautifully muted play of light against dark - I think the color palette is gorgeous <3
ReplyDeleteOverride, however, kind of misses the mark and doesn't come across with the same allure. Ah, well - maybe they'll redesign it ;D
Thank you for the sweet giveaway <3

I really like the color palette on Glitch and I can see how they tried to do it again on Override. But I don't think there is enough contrast between the red and orange colors, it's a little to subtle. But I think they are very complimentary and I love when the publishers keep the covers flowing.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!

The cover is gorgeous! For some reason it reminds me of Skinned by Robin Wasserman...lol Thanks for the giveaway! bookgeeksbookclub AT gmail DOT com
ReplyDeleteGlitch looks absolutely gorgeous! Allure is okay but not quite as good as Glitch. Thanks for the giveaway!

ReplyDeleteI like the cover. Very cool.

I adored the Glitch cover, purple is one of my faves. It stands out. Override is nice but doesnt stick out as much. I like it a lot though. It not bad. I am curious about whats in Zo's wrist..

I love the cover of Glitch, the purple and blue hues make the chip stand out, Override is a cool cover, but it looks to "fire like"
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway
drakenfyre75@msn.com
I like the red!
ReplyDeleteThey both look good...I'm drawn more to the Glitch cover though. The Override cover has more of a darker and "forbidden" feel to it. I'm excited to read both!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!

Love the cover and the story sound awesome. There is an almost sinister quality about the cover of "Glitch". Probably the colors and what not.
ReplyDeleteapatterson(at)dyadicechoes(dot)com
I love Glitch's cover more, but I think Override matches very well! I love the coloring of both. I can't wait to read Glitch. It sounds so interesting!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway!

Love the covers and cannot wait to read Glitch!
ReplyDeleteI like the cover, but I still like Glitch the best. The color just appeals to me more. But I love how they kept them similar. Definitely cannot wait to read this one.

I don't like it as much as Glitch but it has a certain appeal to it that makes it a great cover. I loved Glitch so I can't wait to see what Override has in store.

Ooh love the cover! I like the first one a little better, only because purple is my favorite. Can't wait to start this series. Thanks for the giveaway!
ReplyDeletedaniellesaunders1984(at)hotmail(dot)com
I think that the covers go so well together. I feel like the red signals mounting danger and the more intricate tech on her arm is such a cool hint to the story!
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway,

I love the cover! I also think it goes really well with the first.
ReplyDeletemolly(dot)frenzel(at)gmail(dot)com
It is an interesting cover. It is one that I would pick up in a book store=)

The covers are awesome!
ReplyDeleteI love how they kind of tell the story, and how it develops, with the sequel focusing on the chip:)
Thanks so much:)

The cover of Glitch is beautiful. I love the purple and how it looks like there's a plug-in in the back of her neck. The cover of Override is awesome too, just wish ther was a bit more too it besides the code thingy on her arm. :D
ReplyDeleteThank you!

It is a beautiful cover Thanks for the giveaway and my email is crystalc23@yahoo.com
ReplyDeleteI love the covers of both. I have had Glitch on my tbr list for a while. I have always heard about technology going to be that way with implanted chips and has always freaked me out, so I have always wanted to read this book. delivery.RN at gmail dot com
ReplyDeleteI love it! Love the muted earth tones and Zoe's hair hanging down. Are other authors allowed to enter? Because I wanna win GLITCH :) fionapaulbooks@gmail.com
ReplyDeleteI love the cover! It looks sooo unique:)

Thanks for showing us such a beautiful cover!!! Both covers are pretty awesome and I've been reading such positive buzz for this series... top of my wishlist :)
ReplyDeleteefender1(at)gmail(dot)com
It looks great, different, and yet so similar in style that the series fits together nicely. Zoe looks good with her hair grown out, too.
ReplyDeletecarlscott(at)prodigy(dot)net(dot)mx
This is awesome! GLITCH is definitely one of the top five releases I'm very excited about this year! I can't wait to read it. And it's great to know that the second one in the series will be out so (relatively) soon after the first! I love the cover, especially how there is that little burst of light and sense of electronics under the skin. Definitely lets you know it's got a sci-fi element even without reading the blurb. THANKS for the giveaway!!
ReplyDeleteAhhh, sorry, forgot my email address!

I actually like the cover of Override a little more than I do Glitch's. :) They are both pretty though.
ReplyDeletejeep_wrangler_girl@yahoo.com
I love the cover! It goes so well with the Glitch cover and I love the reds!!
ReplyDeleteame1184 at gmail dot com
I think the cover is okay. I think it could have matched Glitch a little bit better.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the giveaway! :D
laughs4life14(AT)yahoo(DOT)com
I don't mind the cover but I think the girl looks more computer generated than the girl on Glitch. Thanks for the giveaway. I am in the US.
ReplyDeletepefrw at yahoo dot com
I like the glowing effects and the title font on the covers. (extemter at hotmail dot com)
ReplyDeleteThe cover is simple but it's awesome i love the effects
ReplyDeleteLove the covers and they match is a great bonus. Cannot wait to read this one1
ReplyDeleteI like that you can tell that the books are in the same series very clearly, but I'm not a huge fan of the Override cover. The girl is halfway between computer/drawing and actual person. Forever Young Adult actually did a "cover story" on Glitch, which I think of every time I see the cover! As purple is one of my favorite colors I like Glitch better and like the font selected for both.
ReplyDeleteI love the cover of Glitch! I think the font is super cool and fits the theme of the book perfectly!
ReplyDeletechelle2006@aolDOTcom
I don't think Override's cover is as stunning as Glitch, but it's still a pretty cover. I love the font!

Amazing is an understatement for this.
ReplyDeleteabdulrasheedzeenat@yahoo.com
Thanks for the giveaway! I love the Glitch cover and the Override cover also relates to Glitch's but's also really different and I always love that in books :)
